Lifetime Reference List of Battery Hydraulic Tools Series and some SOP of maintenance
Please kindly note that the life times will affected by use environment and the crimping lugs sizes the end-users use. Below is just the lifetime reference list, we suggest the end-user to come back for tool maintaining and check.
For some consumable parts, for example: oil-seals, brush motors, hydraulic power sets(gear/cylinder), hydraulic oil, air vents…and so on, we will suggest distributors or brand partners to set them as repair-kit (spare parts) for sell.
We will suggest you to buy our smart series, which have working lights twinkling advice function to let the end-users know that they need to come back for check & maintaining.

Check points after achieving operation times we suggest:
- Clean and maintain the hydraulic/cylinder system (make sure no air-in)
- Clean gearbox and gears, add gear oil
- Replace the consumable parts
- Test tool action and pressure/output check
- Renew and add the inner hydraulic oil
All smart-series battery tools have function of working lights twinkling advice.
The working lights (LED white) are both twinkling while operation after the crimping times are achieved 10000 times. (Normally the working lights are not twinkling, when the crimping times not be achieved.)
The twinkling will not stop until the repair-worker or engineer use USB-C to set the using time as new round.
